At New Bark City All Paws Rescue Inc., we serve as the Guardian Bridge for animals in their most critical hour of need. We are fiercely dedicated to protecting Red-Listed animals—those facing euthanasia due to intensive medical needs, behavioral challenges, or 'kennel stress.' Our goal is to ensure that every life, regardless of the obstacles, is given a fair chance to thrive rather than being lost to curable or situational circumstances.

​Our mission is rooted in the belief that every animal deserves a second chance at a healthy future. We specialize in the holistic recovery and medical transformation of the most vulnerable. From the specialized clinical care in the Blueberry Heartworm Clinic and the supportive healing of the Buddy Healing Transformation Suite, to the cutting-edge emotional enrichment of Lucy’s Behavioral & Enrichment Center, we mend both body and spirit.

​For those in the sunset of their journey, Trina’s Angel Wings Palliative Suite provides a dignified, peaceful sanctuary filled with specialized comfort and love.

​We complete this journey through responsible adoption at Phoebe's Rehoming & Adoption Center and the trusted care of All Paws Specialized Boarding.

​Beyond rescue, we are a voice for the voiceless—advocating for humane treatment, the critical importance of spaying and neutering, and responsible pet ownership. Through our 4-H Youth Outreach, community education, and local partnerships, we work to prevent animal suffering before it begins.
